Despite what’s still happening with COVID, Pear Tree School had another event-filled month!

Ice Skating Kitsilano
It was great to be back on the ice after two years! Hopefully, there will be no more interruptions because of COVID policies!
Hot Lunch Program
Our chef, Borja, took an extended winter break to visit family and friends in Spain. During that time, Borja’s assistant, Cameron, took the reigns. Among the great dishes on Cam’s menu was this awesome Banh Mi!
Our Community 2 students went on a field trip to Pacific Spirit Park as part of one of their themes for this term. It was great taking advantage of the free bus travel for children!
The Community 4 students enjoyed some hands-on exhibits from UBC’s Beatty Museum
Community 1 students had a special workshop to create electric circuits!
Community 3 students created some amazingly realistic woodland paintings as part of their theme studies for this term.
